Definitions

– “Seller” refers to any individual or business that registers a store on Dokani and sells products through our platform.

– “Buyer” refers to any individual or business that purchases products from a Seller through Dokani.

– “Product” refers to any item or service offered for sale by a Seller on Dokani.

Seller Terms and Conditions

1. Store Registration: Sellers must register their store on Dokani and provide accurate and complete information also sellers should provide a valid license to sell their products in whatever country they are selling from, and this license should be updated after it get expired or Dokani can deactivate or suspend or take any other procedure to the seller account without any notice till the license is renewed.
2. Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for creating and managing their product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images.
3. Delivery: Sellers are responsible for calculating and charging delivery fees, as well as providing delivery services to Buyers. Sellers must clearly state their delivery fees, delivery times, and delivery policies in their store bio.
4. Store Terms and Conditions: Sellers must clearly state their store’s terms and conditions regarding product exchange, reshipping, and refunds in their store bio.

Buyer Terms and Conditions

1. Product Purchases: Buyers must purchase products from Sellers through Dokani’s platform.
2. Payment: Buyers must make payments for products through Dokani’s approved payment methods.
3. Delivery: Buyers must receive delivery of products from Sellers, and must comply with the Seller’s delivery policies.

Dokani’s Role

1. Platform Provider: Dokani provides a platform for Sellers to sell products and for Buyers to purchase products.
2. Facilitation: Dokani facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers, but is not involved in the delivery of products.
3. Observation and Follow-up: Dokani may observe and follow up on transactions, but is not responsible for resolving disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

Dispute Resolution

1. Buyer-Seller Disputes: Dokani is not responsible for resolving disputes between Buyers and Sellers. Buyers and Sellers must resolve disputes directly.
2. Email Support: Dokani provides email support to assist with resolving disputes but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

Limitation of Liability

Dokani shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

– Product Defects: Dokani is not responsible for product defects or quality issues.

– Delivery Issues: Dokani is not responsible for delivery issues, including delayed or lost shipments.

– Buyer-Seller Disputes: Dokani is not responsible for resolving disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through Dispute Resolution Process in the State of Qatar.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Dokani reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
